Yes, Good Friday can be either in March or April and we have no holidays in either month. Most other federal holidays are not on fixed date either (Except Christmas Day, Veterans Day, New Year’s Day and Independence Day).
But they are days like: 4th Thursday of November (Thanksgiving); Third Monday in January (MLK Day); Third Monday in February (Washington's Birthday); Last Monday in May (Memorial Day); First Monday in September (Labor Day); Second Monday in October (Columbus Day). They're not all over the place in different months.

True, but what does it really matter? Good Friday is marked on all U.S. calendars anyway and to be honest a nonsense silly argument “why it should not be a holiday because it falls either in March or April on a non-fixed date”.
