This discussion won’t go anywhere until you understand that different demographics don’t necessarily perform the same work at the same standard.

Because maybe it isn't "same work at the same standard"? You're drawing the conclusion that gaps are occuring where there is "same work at the same standard". Maybe the gaps are occuring when the work is not the same or not at the same standard?

Just because there are different numbers on the paycheck doesn't mean the difference is due to gender.

If it was really true that, when all factors are included, a woman is earning 5% or 10% less than a man for the "same work at the same standard", then you would think in this big wide world you would have some businesses (who only see the color green), especially women-owned businesses, would hire up the women and eat everyone's lunch. Or that, given a choice between equal qualified candidates offering the "same work at the same standard", $70k from a man or $65K from a woman, would choose the lower cost option.

When I was in my 20's, I made 3x's more than Bob. Bob was in the same boxes as I, with the exception he was a drunk and a cokehead and could barely get anything done in a day.
The equal outcome, would be Bob making the same as I, putting in the same hours and being 3x's less productive. Reminds me of Union work.

They have to create envious people, to make it happen.
Envy is one of the most destructive evils in society.
It takes over the determination to succeed, creating a victim, instead of a problem solver.

It really shows up quite well in the self employed v. employed mentality.
Getting **** done v. milking a clock.

The equal outcome would be Bob being in the same place as you today. Is that true? There is an equal outcome for us all in life. No matter what we do or how hard we work we all end up dead. So in reality you and Bob will have an equal outcome.
