I never suggested any harm be done. Hospital treatment is not harm.

Soooo... you'll pay for involuntary hospitalization (or incarceration)for fully functioning people not harming anyone just going about their business but when it comes to healthcare availability to actual sick people you are up in arms?

That’s not what happens in your idealized Saudi Arabia.

That does not matter, facts are facts, regardless of location.

Idealized?

I said they have 1 thing right: a few traditional positions on matters of gender ID etc. Hardly my model society.

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-46133262

"A Dutch "positivity trainer" has launched a legal battle to change his age and boost his dating prospects.

Emile Ratelband, 69, wants to shift his birthday from 11 March 1949 to 11 March 1969, comparing the change to identifying as being transgender.

"We live in a time when you can change your name and change your gender. Why can't I decide my own age?" he said."

"Mr Ratelband argues he feels discriminated against because of his age, and that it was affecting his employment chances and his success rate on the dating app, Tinder.

"When I'm 69, I am limited. If I'm 49, then I can buy a new house, drive a different car. I can take up more work," he said."
___

If medicine says you have the body of a 40 y old, lungs of a 50 y oldwhy not just go ahead and change your age? I mean, science just 'proved' you are younger than your age, so what does your birth date matter?

Global warming doesn't exist
Gender/sex doesn't exist

You said you “admire” their take on the subject. Which is punishment by imprisonment, torture, and death for homosexuality or cross dressing.
