It won't affect his "popularity" one bit. He could shoot someone, as he said, in the middle of the street and that 42% would still back him.

Nothing will change their minds since they are fully invested.

i've been following trump since he entered the birther stupidity and my opposition to him pre-dates his announced candidacy.
