You would need to be a masochist to want to work for Trump. You would work for someone who is dumb as rocks, has no curiosity, gives no loyalty, is unhinged and headed for a massive breakdown, is lazy, who will condemn you on twitter if he does like you and is headed for impeachment. Yeah, stay where you are. Why destroy your reputation working for that idiot.

Not only can he NOT get qualified people, and he claimed he only gets the best, seems all he's managed to get so far are either BRAIN-DEAD or Pathological LYING Felons, like himself, but he can't even get ANYONE WHO W-A-N-T-S to work for him, except maybe Chris Christie, lol, lol, lol!

Even Chris Christie is beginning to turn on Trump. In that most recent interview, he said some pretty damning things about Trump, and, up until now, Christie has been his most ardent boot licker.

Ayers is being smart, why sign on as First Mate on the Titanic, when there is an iceberg looming in the distance ? Ayers is using this excuse of " Well, I don't want to commit to more than 3 months !", when what he is really saying is " Knowing Trump, I would be fired in 3 months anyway, so why embarrass myself?"

They all say Ayers is a bright young man, and this proves it. Anyone who takes a job with Trump is a fool.

I found it significant that Mr. Ayers is also departing his job as COS to Vice President Pence.

Now, he said he is leaving to run a Super Pac that had been set up for Mr. Trump's re-election campaign, but said super pac can change directions (i.e., supported candidate) very quickly (whether it be for Pence, or whomever else).

So, not only will we be watching to see whom Mr. Trump can convince to take on the job, but also whom Mr. Pence ropes in.

Chris Christie can read the political winds as well as anyone.

You would have to be a mid career or end of career person to work in Trump's administration. It's the kiss of death for someone younger. In two to four years you would have to be on Fox news or AM talk radio saying anything or everything to sell add revenue.

New York Times article points out one reason that Ayers most likely declined: if he took the job, his finances would be scrutinized, and apparently Mr. Ayers did not want that......

How typical of Trump, always surrounding himself with crooks & liars.
