I actually see this as good news. The more sane and reasonable people like Kelly that abandon this sinking ship the more obvious it will become that Trump is completely off the rails and the less support he will have. By 2020 (if he even survives that long) he will be dead in the water.
This is where I land, too.
Let’s get the inevitable destruction going. This country can’t survive with this moron at the helm, so let it all crumble, so we can move on and recover...assume that’s even possible.
Donald Trump had this mistaken opinion that being President was just like being Supreme Ruler. He sees people like Kim and the Saudi leaders and wants to be exactly like them...…..do anything you want and get away with it.
Problem is, he was born in the wrong country. I doesn't work that way in America. He also thought when he hired the "Best and brightest people" that they would be his puppets, just like the contestants on The Apprentice. But people like Tillerson are way more successful and way smarter than Trump, and they refused to break the law just because he wanted to do it.
Trump's days are winding down here, these latest revelations are damning. I think he realizes it, and is trying to figure out a way to gracefully exit, and keep his butt, and his kid's butts out of prison.
And just like Trump Org, since he doesn't answer to a Board of Directors (only bankers when really pressed ).
There is this cloak that ;sleazy, lazy, dumb, lying and incompetent people put on when they become part of Trump's inner circle and administration. While wearing it they become talented, the best people , people who will do great things. When they leave the inner circle and administration, Trump and his supporters request that they leave this tranformative cloak on their desk.
