I am surprised the employees in areas where the homeless use the bathrooms to shower, jerk off, and do drugs don't just refuse to clean up after them, or quit.
Cleaning bathrooms is never a fun part of being low on the totem pole to begin with, but the type of disgusting mess homeless make in the bathrooms is beyond the job description of having to clean a bathroom.
Having to clean them constantly throughout the day is far too much to ask.
They need to keep checking as people paying $5 for a cup of coffee are not going to appreciate going into a foul smelling bathroom, especially women who want the bathroom to be clean and sweet smelling.
Please, restrooms in many many places have always been open to the public, and there have always been homeless that use them too. Nothing new here, but keep on whining like you’ve got some AHA!! moment, cons. You don’t.

Did you read the articles? This isn’t just a mess. They also leave used needles, and employees have been pricked by them. That’s an unacceptable risk for that type of job (or any job for that matter).
Only Trumpies would politicize the very civil idea of restrooms in eateries.
Have you no shame? None at all?
Fearful and Angry people can look at everything...and find something wrong with it. To a person who thinks having a place to pee is political, that seems to lead to a "conclusions" - but heck if I know that is!
BTW, Dunkin Donuts have allowed anyone to use their restrooms for many decades. I know...I used to be on the road quite a bit.
Are you kidding?? The policy was political from the get-go.

You’ve never seen a sharps container in a restroom? Never been in a restroom that wasn’t sparkling clean?
I've never been in one with dirty needles lying around. Would you be okay of your son or daughter came home and told you their job included picking up used needles and cleaning excrement?
Starbucks didn't acount for the increase of heroin use during the Trump presidency.
