He blinked.
Pelosi didn’t.

The end.

Just what was being offered to Trump? Almost nothing of what he has asked for. He chose to end the shutdown temporarily. I disagree with it but let's wait and see what happens between now and Feb. 15th. Watch the Democrats renege on their promise to discuss it between now and then and not making any compromises as usual. IMO, Pelosi and Schumer were being the stubborn a**es in all of this and that's why they wouldn't "blink". Is that somehow a good thing? You guys criticized Trump for not ending the shutdown and now that he has you demonize him for that to. Make up your minds! The end.

You might try reading and critical thinking. In addition to TSA delays, there is major concern for fight safety and security at the Superbowl in Atlanta.

A football game? Really. People needed paid and Nancy could care less how long they were not paid. Trump obviously did and was willing to take the hit so they would.

It’s amazing how Trump and the media go crazy on caravans when needed and then we never hear from then again until needed.
No, they didn't. They were blocked by the Border Patrol, whose job was made somewhat easier by the presence of a physical barrier in the Tijuana area, where they attempted to cross.

What's going to happen when the next caravan organizer steers his crowd to an area that lacks a physical barrier? The Border Patrol will have to push them back in an open area, without the assistance of a barrier to keep them in check. Their job will be made much more difficult and more dangerous.

So, who do you support in this? American Border Patrol agents trying to prevent illegal entry by alien nationals, or the border crashers whose interest isn't assimilating into our culture but scarfing up our welfare benefits?

it was SO blatant and direct too, he was going around the day before claiming he would NEVER cave, he would keep it shutdown for years...and then the VERY NEXT DAY, he caves?!! LOL
He lost me when he went back on his word about removing the troops from Syria. He made a big stink about it, but then he ended up doing nothing, which is proof that our government no longer works for the American people, but for private interests, and they have been working for these private interests ever since Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve act in 1913.

I went through the same thing in 2008 with Obama. I voted for him to get us out of the Middle East, do an investigation into 9/11 (too many of Bush and Cheney's pals got rich from contracts from the aftermath of 9/11 to be coincidental) and he was supposed to overturn NAFTA. He went back on all of his words within his first two years. And then after that, republicans were voted into congress to block all of his crap after that. Fastforward to Trump, and it's the same damn thing. 2 years of excuses (he was supposed to get rid of NAFTA, not renegotiate it, and in the end, it's the same damn thing, he lied to us) and now we have democrats in charge of congress, and the same story will repeat.

It's always the same thing and I wish people would wake the hell up. We have one party as the President, and then another party in congress, and the blame game happens when things are not getting done. But what does get done is more rights are being lost with each bill signed. More Americans are losing their value due to artificial inflation, more of our choices are draining away due to all of the monopolies that are allowed to happen, and we are still in endless wars.

Trump doesn't care about people getting paid.
If he did, he wouldn't have SHUT IT DOWN to begin with (let alone be PROUD TO DO SO).
You can try and spin it however you want, but the American People know better - and THEY overwhelmingly blame Trump.

Again, wouldn't hurt to get off of Fox News and do some reading. You might learn something.
