"Now that there are no immigration trials for deportation Maria and the kids and I can stay for maybe months or years after we disappear into the general population." "We can maybe get forged passports and green cards along with Social Security cards so we can all work at Mar-A-Lago!" "Thank you President Orange Man!"

If the Democrats want to pick this issue, fine. There are proving they don't care about drugs coming over the border, human trafficking, or child sex crimes.

See you in 2020.

Yes because that wall will stop drugs. How do drugs get into prisons? They’re surrounded by walls.

Where's the Democrat proposal to address these problems?

Fact is, you and they want open borders.

Again. Republicans held majority in both chambers for 2 years and pass nothing. And then in the waning days passed a 100-0 budget resolution in the Senate to continue gov funding which Trump rejected.

You boys so own this. Even Republicans in Senate would not pass wall bill.

Nope. Chuckie Shumer and his filibuster are the culprit. And the awful, terrible Americans who put him and his cohorts in office.

LOL, it's the exact opposite. If you think fighting for MS-13, human trafficking and child sex crimes is a winning issue, you are sadly mistaken. That's exactly what you and the people you vote for are doing.

The comments fromSens. Cory Gardner (Colo.) and Susan Collins (Maine) — the only Senate Republicans running for reelection in states Trump lost — pointed to cracks within the GOP that could grow as the shutdown nears the two-week mark. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) reiterated Thursday that the Senate will only take up government spending legislation that Trump supports.

McConnell’s stance prompted angry attacks Thursday from new House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and other Democrats, who insisted they were trying to give Republicans a way out of the standoff by passing two pieces of legislation: one a package of six spending bills that were negotiated on a bipartisan basis in the Senate and would reopen nearly all the federal agencies that have been shuttered since Dec. 22, and the second a stopgap spending bill through Feb. 8 covering only the Department of Homeland Security.

Look in the mirror. Dems just offered up a spending bill with $12 billion in foreign aid. The D's want to give $12 billion away to help people in other countries, but won't approve $5 billion to help Americans here at home. The same wall, that all the D's voted for when they used to be partially sane. Stop worrying about obstructing Trump and fund the dang wall.

You got a tax cut & gas is ridiculously cheap. Between the two, you got a generous c-o-l raise. You just didn't realize it.

No. Not going to happen. I’m still waiting for Mexico to pay for it. He’s now hurting the American people for his lie.
