Hold on now. I'd love to make them all Democrats at the polls in 2020. Sweet. Thanks Trump.

You have to wonder about a President that calls everyone who disagrees with him "Democrats". If Federal workers are not Democrats yet, they will soon will be.

I wager he will dismiss this letter as all airline pilots are "Democrats" too.

You have to wonder how many people he has to **** off before he runs out of supporters.

I said it here first and got virtue signaled too!

Yes people, the majority of Government employees and independent contractors that do government work, vote straight Democrat.
Trump has pulled the Military and the first responders, to a favoring count, from a majority Democrat.

Yes, the feds will mostly likely get paid. All their support contractors will not nor will the local businesses that flock around government facilities and get business from them at lunch get back pay. The hotels, restaurants, Uber/Lyft drivers, etc. that support the tourism around the museums have lost their business.

I'd go file for unemployment with your state.
Then go look for a job.
Good thing the Job Market is booming. This may be awhile.

How long do you think it takes to look for another job, apply for it, go thru the interview process & then maybe or maybe not get hired? A comparable pay job, that is. I'm not talking a $7.25/hr job. Also, how much do you think unemployment pays? Do you think it's comparable to what your regular paycheck was?

These Federal workers are probably already thinking if they are going to get continually screwed out of their paychecks again every time Trump has a tantrum & shuts down the Government.
He's done it 3 times already and that is even before the Dems regained power.

Him thinking they are all Dems would certainly explain why he cares so little about their fate.

It takes me about an hour to find a job to do and I find a different job everyday. Pays well too.
