As it is against the UCMJ it is a tool always in a troops pocket should he decide to use it on an officer. Despite it being a terminus of the sex monger's destination prostitution is also illegal in the Philippines so despite paying a cheaper price then you would at a legal brothel that many servicemen in Germany told tales of since the post WWII era you also face charges of the local jurisdiction if the Status Of Forces agreement doesn't see your case transferred to your unit for courts martial.

Despite Angeles City and the story of bar fines of "hostess" girls and Vietnam veteran's memoirs of R&R girlfriend/prostitutes, prostitution is illegal in the Philippines so the Commander broke Filipino and US law.

It's also illegal in Thailand. But no one would know that since it's not enforced.

So, Commanderdude did something to tick someone off, that is what I think.

Navy, when they go into port and have liberty, the modus-operandi is for most to drink heavily
and chase after the "working ladies".

What about the secret service/white house staff, allowing mistresses/prostitutes into the whitehouse over the years?
