Atlanta and Houston airports are now being affected due to the high rates of absenteeism. TSA employees are calling in sick at a rate of 1 out 13 rather than the typical rate of 1 in 30 employees. No matter what one's attitude toward the agency, this is a worrisome trend for the travelers and the employees and will only get worse the longer employees go unpaid.

That is exactly the reason he isn't letting it get to a floor vote.
I really wonder. He's crawled under a rock and is out of the picture. Don't you think if more Republicans in the Senate and House cared we would hear from them and see them.
This really has become a Trump vs. THEM (anyone that doesn't support the wall -- yes Trump says Dems but obviously not just Dems).
