Climate change is here, who would still deny that?
They just showed a report from Russia where a region has declared a state of emergency because of the invasion of polar bears who flee from the Arctic where the ice is literally melting away under their fluffy butts.
And nothing is going to stop it. not one thing. We're better off spending money on new technology that lets us and our grand kids live in this new world.....Just like our Ancestors developed new technology to live with the climate when it changed before....
I just wish we could go back to working towards fighting air and water pollution and to reign in the big chemical and pharmaceutical companies. But they own the progressives so that won't happen.
That is the tragedy of "global warming". Massive amounts of money are spent on this hoax, when it could be used to combat actual air and water pollution. Those are proven problems that actually can be addressed, yet the focus is on this non-existant hoax, rather than actual pollutants.
It is odd indeed that Bill Clinton's NAFTA and China trade policies shifted US manufacturing to nations which have few, if any, pollution laws. Thus, in addition to gutting the middle class, these trade policies have massively contributed to world wide pollution. Libs seem to conveniently forget that; ironically, Al Gore has helped to a great extent to increase worldwide pollution tremendously by his efforts in the Clinton admin.

The last time there was a major climate change people could still migrate away as there were no countries with borders yet, that is no longer possible now. This problem will become acute once islands in the Pacific go under. The West will have to take those people in as we are the ones that polluted the atmosphere for the longest time, about a century.
