I think Trump is angered by just about anyone that disagrees with him and more than a few who do agree with him.
Having said that, it would not surprise me that Pelosi's gender (she is female, no?) is marginally more irritating.

What people think of themselves is irrelevant. Republicans attack and try to bring down or compromise any notable people, especially women, they can not control.

I think Trump admires strong women. He has married two of them, and his first wife Ivana ran a lot of his empire for most of the time they were married.
Trump likes staunchly firm leaders. Their gender doesn't seem to make much of a difference in that.
But he also hates losing a contest of will, so while he may admire Pelosi, I'm sure he sees her as an adversary.
