Ohio's governor Mike De Wine just signed a common sense abortion bill to ban abortions after a fetal heartbeat is heard. He knows the bill will be immediately challenged by Planned Parenthood in court. The goal is for the case to be heard by the Supreme Court as a vehicle to overturn Roe v Wade. With Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett all new to the court, maybe we can rid America of this Neanderthal practice of abortion. Just like the evil Slavery ruling was reversed, all evil eventually falls.

Also related is the so-called Catholic governor of New York signing horrible new abortion law, which allows pretty much anybody to perform an abortion. Hopefully this hideous law, too, will land on the ash heap of history.

So we're eagerly awaiting your arrival, Justice Amy!

A fetal heartbeat can be detected around 7 weeks. Many women don't even know they're pregnant at that point, so that's not "common sense."

Roe v Wade will not be overturned. Neither party wants that. It's too political a topic and it's a carrot to dangle in front of conservatives. You're not ever going to catch that carrot.

So the OP is basically rooting for RBG to die. And he/she pretends to be pro-life.

Ohio's draconian law will be easily overturned, as all the others like it have been, and the SC won't touch it. Your dream of turning women into incubators and forcing them to give birth against their will is just that, a dream. Sad!

Evil doesn't last. Evil laws never last. The Soviet Union, long thought to be here forever, was gone in 70 years. Hitler was gone in 12 years. Pol Pot in 9.

This is the way things work out. Call it God's Law. Call it Natural Law. It's as certain as gravity.

So in other words... NOTHING IS MORE PRECIOUS THAN LIFE EXCEPT THE LIFE OF THE SUPREME COURT JUSTICE I WANT TO DIE.

Did I even mention Ginsburg's name? I would be pleased if she did the right thing and retired, though. Since your brought her up.

Keep in mind that anyone that opposes her nomination is a misogynist that hates women and wants them to stay home, barefoot and pregnant. /[sarcasm]

Don't be disingenuous. Everyone knows whose seat you were talking about.

Why do you want to force women to give birth against their will?

I didn't force these women to have sex. So why would you want to kill little babies?

So your goal is to force women to give birth against their will. At least you don't deny it.
