LOL at you claiming this site as a "satire site".

No wonder you are so confused about science and global warming.
There really is a problem with the page you linked to:

What are some uses of Dihydrogen Monoxide?

by the Church of Scientology on their members and their members' families (although surprisingly, many members recently have contacted DHMO.org to vehemently deny such use),
by both the KKK and the NAACP during rallies and marches,
by members of Congress who are under investigation for financial corruption and inappropriate IM behavior,
by kids who play Beyblades,
by the clientele at a number of bath houses in New York City and San Francisco,

Emotional intelligence is not your strong suite.

DMHO is not water vapor as one poster claimed and it's also not H2O and you won't find this being conflated in any chemistry text. The term DHMO is not used by working chemists; they say H2O or water.

So keep on laughing at the stupid DMHO parody.

Can you describe the different phases of water (H2O)? Can you tell us why Chemists don't refer to water (H2O) as DMHO or Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid?

Can you tell us about it's properties in each phase?

Can you tell us what makes water vapor a green house gas vs. the other phases?

What properties does water vapor possess that makes it a great greenhouse gas candidate?
