In my opinion, it doesnt matter what the people think if the power and money and influence is in the hands of a tiny super rich elite.

Money equals power. We have to choose; either massive income inequality or democracy. A democracy where 99% of Congress is bankrolled by a few thousand ultra wealthy families, is not a democracy. Thats a plutocracy.

"Fiscal conservative" is just a way for neo-feudalism to sound better. Democracy is a threat to any system of power. The ruling elite pay lip service to democracy but have contempt for it. No country can have a thriving middle class when the labor unions are crushed and the greed of the billionaire class is endless.

The DNC and RNC are just two corporations trying to make money. Without opposition, they wouldn't receive nearly as much money in donations, fundraising, and kickbacks. And any more than two means they would have to split the bounty more ways. That's why we're stuck with this crappy two party system which is actually just two corporations that pretend to oppose each other. They continuously create problems, and then tell you that they can fix them with more money and power.
