but I'm interested to see how many of you jumped to the Klan idea so fast.
I think a lot of people immediately saw the Dems' clothing choice resemblance to the KKK because of all the publicity VA Governor Northam's yearbook photo has recently received.

his statistics were inaccurate, his gang info off the wall, almost sounded like one of his rallies and his use of the words I and my made it seem as tho only he can run this country"better than any other one before me"

a show of unity while derogatorily speaking of the other party
the whole thing then becomes another trump rally speech

no wonder so many leave his administration
kudos to the military for not standing for his foolish foreign policy ideas

the puppy bowl on sunday was better time spent

His speechwriters are good. It's telling that Nancy is reading along.

The first State of the Union speech I really remember as my first to watch was JFK's speeches.
I really never thought we would reach a point in this Country where any President would have to say ---
"We will NEVER be a Socialist Country" .... and watch as the Socialists in the US House of Representatives sit on their hands and frown with a "you wanna' bet" look on their faces.

He shamed most of those present tonight - not just the Socialists, but those of his own party that think more of themselves and their Agenda than they do the People they are supposed to represent.

It was a really great Speech - he circled from our previous Greatness to end with we can still do this.
We are still a Great Nation and they need to get to work.

Not so sure -- A few of you guys made the note -- coincidentally Trump fans......

AND -- yes in those days they wore white in the fashion of the day.

But it is a nod to those women who fought hard for women to have a voice in government.
