The first State of the Union speech I really remember as my first to watch was JFK's speeches.
I really never thought we would reach a point in this Country where any President would have to say ---
"We will NEVER be a Socialist Country" .... and watch as the Socialists in the US House of Representatives sit on their hands and frown with a "you wanna' bet" look on their faces.
He shamed most of those present tonight - not just the Socialists, but those of his own party that think more of themselves and their Agenda than they do the People they are supposed to represent.
It was a really great Speech - he circled from our previous Greatness to end with we can still do this.
We are still a Great Nation and they need to get to work.
