Its not as expensive as you think it is,just requires cutting back on things people WANT and only doing things and buying things you NEED. Kids don't need NEW clothes,thrift stores,yardsales etc are more than good enough for children.

Has AIDS really been in a rise again? I know in the early/mid 2000's there was a spike due to people having unsafe sex because "AIDS was under control." Actually between 2010 and 2015, there was an 8% drop in New AIDS cases according to the CDC.

It’s a chronic condition now thanks to modern medicine.
