Missouri State Rep. Hardy Billington, a Republican Baptist who recently said his goal in office was to “stand up for Christian values,” wants those atheists to suffer.
Billington recently filed a bill, HB 728, that would force adult plaintiffs to use their real names in any cases involving church/state separation… and only cases involving church/state separation. Apparently, if you sue over a Ten Commandments monument outside of a public school, everyone needs to know your real name.
So apparently this is for intimidation purposes only so that secular people are afraid to sue over church/state separation violations. Is this a good idea and why?
It won't pass. Even in the evangelical controlled Missouri legislature, some would know the bill would fail in a court test. No bill can discriminate like that and be legal.

Every single one of the so called Church/State lawsuits were/are frivolous. Never once has Congress tried to make a law forcing people to belong to a religion. That's all the clause states, there is no separation clause at all, it doesn't exist. It says nothing about religious displays on public property or the mere mention of God in the public realm. Those are all made up and stupid judges go with it and make law from the bench instead of actually reading the Constitution.

Most of the cases fall under the freedom of speech. Christians think they should be the only religion to have it, so courts have struck it down when they discriminate.
Make them take personal responsibility- I realize that is against the liberal agenda.
