Yes—both done while Trump was in the Oval Office—or maybe on the golf course or where ever but STILL after he was POTUS
Those acts enter ‘high crimes and misdemeanor” territory
And the fact that the second check comes from the trust although signed by Weisselberg and D2 lets everyone know that
1–Trump is still actively engaged in managing that “trust” and
2 that means he is directly involved in managing policies and relationships as POTUS which bring financial gain to that same trust

Which throws open door to a real investigation of the Emoluments entanglements Trump has...

That trust isn’t so blind anymore, is it???
