How very 'Christ-like' of them.

That's sad, I agree the church is taking in the child, not the parents... The child should be admitted in school... Apparently many parishioners also agree...

While not something I support, they are a private school. It's why I do not support the expansion of private schools using tax payer funding.

Now if one of the priests had found the kid attractive, they likely would have got in.

This is why I don't support taxpayer money being used to grant vouchers for private schools. They are free to discriminate against anyone for any reason. I don't want my tax dollars funding classism and discrimination.

And if they did take in that child, can you imagine how they would treat that child? Like a second class citizen who needs their "forgiveness" to move forward in life. I wouldn't want my own child in a school like this.

As long as they aren’t taking taxpayer money, they’re free to discriminate.

Apparently, this atheist knows the Bible better than these *******s. “Suffer the little children to come to me...”

Maybe they’d learn it if other parents who know the Bible pulled their kids from this anti-Jesus religious school. One could hope.

If anyone read the Rev.'s letter it might shed a little light on his approach to this. Like it or not there are rules in the Catholic church that they must follow and the diocese is in control and none of this will change overnight. No matter how much you want it to do so.

Self-inflicted wounds, ironic given the church considers suicide a sin.
