Mueller left it open and didn't conclude...that's Barr's job

Barr read Mueller's 'evidence' and came to a conclusion...no evidence of collusion or obstruction

Getting your hopes up again? The report is not going to have any evidence of collusion in it. Otherwise, Barr would have used similar language as he did with the obstruction charge. You would be better off hanging your hat on that, unless you like being disappointed over and over again.
