Neighbor #1 claims they've lost the Homeowner Association's drill that they borrowed months ago. I want to use that drill, and I know that Neighbor #1 still has it in their shed. All the neighbors know it, the cop that lives up the street knows it, and the petty theft that lives on the corner knows it.
At the next neighborhood barbecue, I flippantly say to the petty thief, in front of the entire neighborhood, that they might want to check in Neighbor #1's shed for the drill, because we'd sure like to find that drill, so we can use it again.
In this scenario, how exactly did I ASK THE THIEF to break into the shed and steal the drill? And would I expect the thief to run over to the shed immediately to break in and get the drill? And most importantly, would I be in any way responsible if they did that? You know, me. Not the person that LIED about having the drill. Or the thief that actually STOLE the drill. Hillary didn't have a special counsel investigation with over a 300-page report. Comey, Lynch and the rest of them didn't audition for a position in his administration AFTER wrongdoing and the investigation started. No comparison at all. Let the but....but Hillary go. She isn't the current sitting president. She doesn't have a pattern of multiple investigations, scamming students, charities, making business deals with Putin, lying about contacts with Russia and paying off porn stars with campaign finances as an unindicted co-conspirator. The pattern of corruption with this president is clear. We wait for the report. The Intelligence Committee and Congress can still find wrongdoing whether criminal or not.
