"Complicity is the act of helping or encouraging another individual to commit a crime. It is also commonly referred to as aiding and abetting. One who is complicit is said to be an accomplice. But, even though an accomplice does not actually commit the crime, his or her actions helped someone in the commission of the crime.

The concept of accomplice liability means an accomplice faces the same degree of guilt and punishment as the individual who committed the crime. Indeed, accomplices can face the same penalties, including prison time. The key consideration is whether the individual intentionally and voluntarily encouraged or assisted in the commission of the crime, or (in some cases) failed to prevent it."

If you tell someone to commit a crime YOU can be held responsible. If you tell someone to murder someone, or break into someone's shed, or hack someone else's computer - and THEY DO SO, YOU can be held responsible.

Trump wasn't charged because Mueller couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the very last sentence above in the red section was true. It doesn't mean it WASN'T true, just that Mueller couldn't PROVE it was true because he can't even question the Russians because they are in Russia being protected by Putin. Mueller couldn't PROVE Trumps intent, nor could he PROVE the Russian's motivation. One would have to be an idiot though to think that - by some strange coincidence - the Russians chose THAT PARTICULAR TIME to suddenly start attacking Hillary's server.

The Russians did it because Trump ENCOURAGED them to do it.

And those words , Ken, are probobly what Barr the Fixer left out and is whiting out as we speak.

And dollars to donuts Jr s name was headed for an indictment for the same thing. Conspiracy to commit treason. Didnt take the stolen property, didnt report it, But entered willingly in to the activity.

The woman who owned the home that the conspirators to assassinate Lincoln hung out at, was hanged just for letting them sit at her table.

What are your referring to? The Mueller report?

If not, then the left needs to go away....you lost, again....

You on the left howled about how great Mueller is going to be and he'll be in jail, his entire family indicted.....they'll look good in orange.....

And you know damn well the entire report cannot be provided, un-redacted...that's why the left is howling so loud, they know it cannot be done.....

That's not true. She was found guilty of being part of the conspiracy. You can believe or disbelieve if she truly was involved (as was the case when she was on trial), but she was NOT hanged for "just" letting them sit at her table.

Mueller said Trump wasn't exonerated on obstruction of justice. Barr said he was. That sounds like a disagreement to me even though Mueller hasn't hit the media circuit.

1. There wasn't any crime. "Russia" didn't hack the DNC. Wikileaks got the emails from Seth Rich.
2. Trump never "told" "Russia" to do anything.
3. Trump never came within a million miles of talking about anyone breaking into anything. The notion that "finding" means "breaking into" exists only in the fevered imaginations of Leftists like you. That notion is utterly crazy.

Ken
this is a lie and you know it. Trump did not tell anyone to hack anything. as already provided the 30k emails had long been missing. Everyone was talking about the "Bleachbit" and the hammers to the blackberries LONG before Trump said to the Russians to "find the emails"

Emails that had already been deleted from a computer in the FBIs position.

He never said "go hack the DNC. HE did not talk about finding out what Hillary was up to. he was speaking about emails related to a crime Hillary had been accused of IN THE PAST.

you are lying about this and you know it. You need to stop.
