The reason that they appear to be freak shows to you is because you are not accustomed to seeing such massive crowds at the rallies of your heroes.
Not really--I've been to rock concerts much larger, with people a lot thinner.
It is because Trump, the Grievance Candidate, gets up there sweating, lying, cracking childish jokes, making childish insults to a crowd of people not listening just chanting slogans in ignorance. Lock them up? C'mon. And this guy is a so-called president?
Nah--I really cannot listen to him lie, chortle, guffaw, scream, lie, yell, plead, lie--all with a mob chanting meaningless hate--a man who has had his life handed to him on a silver platter, gets paid 5-star resort weekends compliments of the taxpayer, stands up their WHINING and COMPLAINING about how badly he's treated. This is a 'leader'? I think not. This is a child.
And the press should stay far away from the rallies because nobody cares what the liar says any more.
Everyone going to a rally has to give their personal information for security reasons. 34% were DEMOCRATS according to Trump's campaign manager Brad Parscale.

This isn't a reality show or late night comedy. A president needs no "great material". He was elected to run our country. Instead, he insults half our country, but of course you applaud that. Trump is going to be impeached. And not for lying about an act in the Oval office...although I bet he wishes that is why. (and moderators -- this is history -- that's why Clinton was impeached -- if it is crude -- that's history )
