I'm just curious to know why you judge this generation as snowflakes, weak, lacking in maturity and why you question eveything we do, as if the world is the same place as it was 30 years ago.
Thank you.
I think it is the generation just under the boomers.

It really is crazy I just hope as I age I don't become close minded, or loose the ability to see people for who they really are. Instead of platitudes like "snowflake" winch allow some to hide from the hard truth that we're much more Alike than different. In my observation older people tend to be much more likely to be snowflakes than youger folks. The most entitled folks that I've met have been boomers.
I’m 60 and most of my close friends are late 30s, early 40s simply because they are more interested in being active and having fun. That said, their work ethic annoys me greatly! They are never at work! And when confronted about it say, “I’m just living my life”. I tell many of my young friends, I love you but, would fire you in a minute!

They know these companies don’t give a crap about them so they aren’t loyal to their jobs. Boomers sold American manufacturing out to the third world for more profits. Why the hell should millennials stay in an office when you don’t have to?

There are 78 +/- million baby boomers and 74+/- million millennials.
Seems a tad goofy to use a broad brush to paint entire generations.
Having said this, inter -generational criticism has been going on forever.

So the Boomers are a political party? Or an industry association? A guild?
Did the entire age group huddle together and say, "Hey let's move the car factories to Mexico and do those Millennials in!"
Your statement sounds a bit thick. Perhaps you could elaborate?
