I'm glad you agree that we should look for evidence of wrongdoing from within the Obama administration. Give the investigation exactly the same time and resources the "Russian Collusion" one got. The corruption of government agencies to affect a presidential election (if it occurred) is a very big deal and a threat to our democracy.

I imagine that you'd agree that a political party hiring a foreign operative to fabricate a story damaging to the opposition is a bad thing, right?

And that if such a story was documented and then used by the opposition party to get federal warrant to spy on the other party-its a bad thing.

And that if both of these things were done and that this information was illegally "leaked" to the media-it's bayd?

That if an investigation of an administration employed "investigators" that virulently opposed the election of the sitting administration, if those "investigators" had an "insurance policy" to overthrow the results of a valid presidential election-its bad.

If leadership of major, powerful government agencies worked to overthrow a presidential election, and declined to prosecute crimes due to the political leanings of the criminal...it's bad?

Lets see....would it be bad if those things were done by the Trump administration in 2020...rather than the Obama admin in 2016?

So freaked out still that a black man was in the WH.
Donald equally freaked that a black man is a better president then he is.

All trump wants is to destroy the black man that humiliated him. And destroy the country that would no longer do business with him.

Barr is being a ****-stirrer, no doubt. I have to wonder if this was a smoke-screen to remove heat from his comments on the Mueller report.

I think that a crucial factor would be not only WHO but WHY.

As a first example, if someone was investigating what seemed to be the possibility of treason or collusion, I'm fine with that.

As a second example, if someone was investigating just to gain a political advantage an election, that could possibly be criminal.

Now, for an example of the second - that might include the Trump's trying to get dirt on Hillary.

I hope that anyone bringing up the Steele dossier will keep in mind that it originally came from a Republican.
You are misinformed.
Republicans originally hired Fusion GPS, but cut ties before Steele was brought in.
(Unless you mean the bitter Trump hater, McCain spreading it around.)
