The thread isn't about uniforms, it's about a police car having a US Flag incorportated in to the word police.

Police cars don't need to look more intimidating in Laguna Beach.

It's not a hotbed of serious crime.

It's an artsy, affluent place (and parking is a PITA within walking distance of PCH ).

In 2016 the mean price for a single family house was $2.147 million, and the per capita (not household) income was about 86k.

it's Laguna Beach, not south-central in LA.


I grew up in the OC. LB is a touristy town with a lot of rich people and their vacation beach house.
