In real-world terms, the president’s budget doesn’t matter. It will be completely ignored by Congress and won’t even provide a baseline for discussions. Still, it does provide a look the president’s priorities:

The entire Fed Gov should be cut by at least 10%, which includes all entitlements.
Good. Have the courage of your convictions the next time one of your ilk tries to claim Democrats are trying to get rid of Medicare. Own your positions and tell your ilk that it's you who's trying to do that. Instead, we have a bunch of cowardly snakes, hiding their positions by lying about which side is backing which agenda.
