It certainly appears that way. Neither have class enough to fade into the background as every former President and First Lady have done. The Obama's and Clinton's are on the revenge tour instead of enjoying retirement.

And yet the Obama actions LED to the election of Trump.
It was Obama who promoted Hillary, making her Sec of State and pushing for her Presidency. As a result the DNC pre-selected her as the nominee and Trump was able to run against the only person he could beat.
If anyone named Obama is whining, they have no one else to blame. If they had stayed out of it, things would probably be different.
Her comments still have far more class and taste than the personal attacks Mr. "Grab em by the *****" spews regularly on Twitter.
