It would only make sense the government would have such facilities encase of a national disaster, they could be used to house people and could be used to hold rioters and such. No big conspiracy there.
It is most certainly true. I, myself, was actively involved in the construction of a FEMA concentration camp adjacent to the Gingrich Moon Base. When I left, construction had been completed and the facility was ready to received "visitors." Since I have been out of touch with the agency in charge, I have no up-to-date information to confirm that operations have commenced at this point.
Naturally, I was sworn to secrecy but given that this is an anonymous forum, I have no fear of my true identity being discovered. If government had the necessary technology to decipher who I truly am and that I did, indeed, aid in the construction of the moon base FEMA camp, surely armed agents would be storming through my doooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
