No, I would continue eating and ignore him. I don't have time to get worked up about a lying sack of crap like him.

Most times people of McConnell's stature eat in private rooms at bars and restaurants.

I am in a restaurant for the food. Not who else is eating there.

Exactly. I really detest Hillary, but I am not about to let her ruin my meal. If she stopped and said hello, I would be polite and say hello back. I would be silently pleading for her not to pause any longer or sit next to us, but if she did, so be it.

I had a woman where I worked who would get hysterical every time she saw another female. The one who her husband cheated with.I am talking complete emotional collapse. Now woman A cheated on her husband too. Woman B who was the cause of A's hysteria was single.

This woman would have to leave work for a few days to get herself under control again. Just from a quick glimpse of the offending female. I had a choice. Keep Mrs Fragile and have to deal with her drama or ship her to another part of the Mill where hopefully she would never see that woman again.

I kept her. I didn't pass the buck. I worked her through the system until she was about to be fired. By magic the hysterics went away. Yes she hated me for it. I didn't mind it at all.

People on here talking about loss of appetite, or spazzing out on the person. They remind me of Mrs. Fragile.

When I go out to dinner, I could not care less if some political figure was ding in the same place, regardless of how much I might dislike their ideology.
So no, it could be anyone, even my most disliked person in DC, and I would leave satisfied with a great meal and service.

Though I am politically astute, my life does not revolve around enjoying day to day life based on such trivial issues.

If I saw him out of the corner of my eye, I might develop a craving for Turtle Soup!

Spoken like a true Far-Leftist... We do not need this type of activity from either the Left or Right.

I would. So many people are deranged and mentally whacked these days I see it as basic self defense or coming to the aid of another.

As long as he wasn't in sight I'd be OK....but the food better be good.

I once ate in DC when Ed Meese was a couple tables down. IN DC there is almost always one pol or another at any popular gathering place.

I’d probably give him a stink eye. But, I doubt I’d cut my meal short.

But I don’t like the guy at all.
