I will give the maker of this video some credit. It must have taken a lot of effort to find a dozen or so African Americans that don't think Trump is a racist. The recent Quinnipiac survey poll had this group identifying Trump as a racist by an 80-11 margin. That meant that the makers had to find a dozen people from that scant 11 percent. Not an easy task.

I think Trump's long history of racist statements and actions that are or are close to being racist say otherwise.

Trump's narcissist nature makes him relatively unaware of how others actually perceive his behavior. Any form of constructive criticism becomes a personal attack, rather than cause for self observation. I'm not sure he even understands how his remarks and behaviors are perceived as racist. He's led a privileged life and probably has very little personal experience with racism, so of course he can't conceive of himself as a racist.
