Yes, the only way to learn is by formal education and the only way to formally educate oneself is to have it funded at gunpoint.

The arguments are deep tonight here on the forum:

It has always been done this way. It's for your own good. Only a State can make those decisions.

The EIC is doing a fantastic job. At $60 billion per year it should be though.

Sorry, but Education is pretty much essential for a Modern Society to stay relevant.
Why would you want to live among the uneducated and ignorant?
If you don't want your tax money paying for roads, infrastructure, police, fire departments, defense etc

then perhaps you should consider moving to a third world country where you won't be taxed for such things.
