Reading about their friend Mel Sembler, their appointments of him, and their promotion of his business Straight, Inc. makes me see the Bushes in a negative light. The Bushes also pushed for schools to have standardized tests (how convenient for manufacturers of the tests).

The Bush family are New World Order Globalists and Progressives. That is why they are friendly with the Obamas, and hate Trump. Plus, Trump ruined Jeb's chances of becoming President, so of course they hold that against him. I voted for GWB both times, as I though he was the lesser of two evils compared to Gore, and Kerry.

GWB's major accomplishment was the Patriot Act and getting us into Iraq and Afghanistan. At best, two dubious accomplishments. Yes, interestingly enough, he had the support of the Democrats on both. Says a lot.

No politician is moral. Ever.

Therefore, at least two members of that family are immoral - Dubyah and GHWB. Can't speak for the rest of them, as I neither know nor care about their political activities, but the two I do know about, LIKE EVERY OTHER POLITICIAN ALIVE OR DEAD, are immoral.

yeah, this. there has no never been nor will ever be a 'moral' choir boy president. its just the nature of politics at that level. people need to stop looking to our politicians for moral support - that isn't their job.

It's all relative, isn't it? On personal morality, I would rate both Bushes as high, especially compared to Clinton and Trump. No sex scandals, and neither GHWB or GWB seems to have used their office for personal gain.

On morality of their policies well, both Bushes started wars in the Middle East that resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths. So that doesn't seem very moral, but I believe both were doing what they thought was best for the country. Dumb maybe, but not immoral.

You may agree or disagree with the efficacy of standardized testing, but you could hardly describe that as some immoral scam perpetrated by the Bushes.
