Obvious the usual suspects didn't even bother to read the whole article.

United Airlines was the first to address this issue. Guess they know their market base too.

Ladies and gentlemen addresses adults only and excludes children. It seems more logical to say everyone as children do travel by plane.

As we have all learned in our mandatory diversity training classes for those of us who work (sorry SJWs), women are now men and men are now women. You can also self-identify as anything you like. Everyone is either a zir or a zie now as well. Isn't SJW authoritarianism loads of fun!

I probably need re-education on that one.
I think you are too stuck in 2016 and before. "Ladies" is now not only sexist, but also racist and white supremacist. It has been banned and has now been replaced with the word "zie."

Comrade is a time-tested, gender neutral honorific.

In April United Airlines announced passengers could now 'fly how you identify'
I identify as a 7' 6" 380lb man and I'll need an entire row to myself. I also identify as a lion so I'll need several pounds of raw meat for lunch.

Shame on them. I mean, it's such an important issue, after all, because somebody somewhere might get offended after a couple hundred years of people (including children) referred to as "Ladies and Gentlemen" and everybody knowing it was simply a greeting, not a description that has to be 100.000000% correct or else somehow "bad" things will happen in some way, and...

...umm...

....Remind me again why this "issue" matters?

It would be nice if, instead of worrying about who is he and who is she, the airlines would get the damn dogs off their flights.
