BLM is also anti-LGBTQ... (Blacks have always been so), so why does the left embrace them?
For the same reason they defend hateful Muslims like Omar and Tlaib. They have divided minorities into those they feel are oppressed, and those they feel are not. It’s the same reason their sympathies lie with illegal aliens and repeat criminals (just look at how many times that scumbag who knocked down the old lady has been arrested, and he’s still walking the streets). They have put Jews, who let’s face it have succeeded by virtue of education and hard work, along with whites, who they feel have “white privilege,” in the camp of those who are not oppressed and thus they reign down their hate on them.
P.S. They are particularly enraged by Jews because they have ridden above millennia of horrific persecution to be successful, disproving their theory that racism accounts for any and all failures in life.
But the question is, if it’s so easy to cancel someone for not going along with the prevailing orthodoxy about what constitutes racism, why does engaging in anti-Semitism not bring about the same moral opprobrium from the media and the cultural forces taking down people for dissenting from the Black Lives Matter catechism?

And so true about the hypocrisy, which I’ve been pointing out all along. Even on this forum, we have one of the most vocal blacks raging on about the ills of racism while freely admitting his admiration for Farrakhan. I'm not a supporter of that group (I'm hetero). Some people who are higher-ups and founders of BLM are part of the Alphabet Group.....something's not adding up to what you're saying (I remember seeing quotes where prominent BLM members were attaching ABCPZRQ rights onto what was originally about unarmed "black" men and women getting gunned down or killed by law enforcement.
