It's usually REALLY frowned on when employees of a business post unflattering things about their customers. Taking pics of customers behaving drunkenly, celebs misbehaving at the upscale hotel or on a cruise, etc.
Employees are supposed to treat customers with respect, or at the very least, don't spread unflattering observations on their social media. That's kind of a fireable offense. I guess not this week.
