Based on all the crap he's said over the years, the man has always been the Democratic Party's answer to Dan Quayle. He's always said a ton of stupid stuff. But he really does look more lost and clueless than ever before.
Interesting that the GOP was smart enough to never nominate Dan Quayle. The Democrats? Not so much.
Joe Biden does not have dementia. I however would not be too surprised to find out that many of the people that continually post this theory without any clinical proof do however have cognitive difficulties.
I don't think Biden is stupid, He's just another sleazy Democrat that occupied Washington for 50 years, has a lousy track record which he lies about, and will change positions to suit what his audience du jour wants to hear.
As for his well-discussed cognitive abilities, I think that age has just caught up with him. It affects some people more than others. His memory is failing, and that's just the way the cookie crumbles.
Biden is only relevant due to riding Obama’s coattails, otherwise he would’ve faded into obscurity a long time ago.
