Well, seems he's what the people wanted but your disdain for democracy is noted.

The people don't need a party that places itself above the people, Democrat or Republican.

Hopefully, more and more will start understanding that and relegate both major parties to the trash heap of history.

Yes! It's time for a fiscally conservative, socially liberal Centrist Party.

Kudos to you! Tried to rep you again. People and Country over party affiliations or self-absorbed politicians.

Gotta love all these RINOs complaining about Trump doing a bad job while they do absolutely nothing themselves.

He voted to increase our debt by trillions: https://www.sasse.senate.gov/public/...us-relief-bill

Sounds like this guy wants World War 6 here soon.

Apparently when Trump disavows the white supremacists over and over to Sasse that is flirting with them.

This is where many Americans sit politically, yet neither party represents us.

Too little too late. He had plenty of chances to stand up to Trump earlier, but now he is just covering his own ass. There really is no reason to make those comments to your constituents when you are in no danger of losing your seat in such a red state like Nebraska. I think he believes the end is near for Trump and he has started the process that many Republicans will do over the next few years. He will claim he never cared for Trump and that Trump hijacked the Republican party.

And yes, that was me that repped you.

You may be right. It's a little late in the election cycle for Sasse to make these critical comments. They should have been made months ago during the early stages of the pandemic.

Still, I'm glad Sasse spoke truth about the existing state of matters across the board. Better late than never.
