The above was featured in the following article,https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/n...-and-democrats The following is an excerpt, my italics:

The State Government Leadership Foundation, the Republican State Leadership Committee's policy partner, debuted the first digital ad of its $200,000-plus “Tale of Two Americas” campaign Monday, according to SGLF Executive Director Dee Duncan. [snip]

"Which America?" projects the words "Our country is a tale of two Americas" over a series of color and black-and-white footage and photos. "One full of freedom, the other full of fear," it continues. "We have opportunity or hardship. Education or indoctrination. Rule of law or lawlessness. Strength or weakness."
[end quote]

So what do you think? I think it expresses the differences between liberal attitude and conservative attitude very well.

Not affiliated with any party, but really liked the ad; as it outlines a simple choice everyone must make.

Didn't like the ad. It's not accurate. They show Mt Rushmore as an example of freedom but it wasn't so long ago that Idiot Trump actually wanted his own head to be up there for all to see. He's not an example of anything American. He only served to grant permission for people to be their worst selves. I felt inspired when I saw the actual Mt Rushmore. It belongs to and inspires Americans and it stands there for us all, not for one political party.

It showed fools climbing all over cars---who would want that? And it implied that they are Democrats. Maybe it's the idiots out west last summer---I don't know why they weren't arrested but it wasn't anyone I know or approve of. Some fanatics, probably.

Homeless camps--who wants them? Not Democrats. Those people don't have the right to camp on our streets, making them off limits to other Americans. Get them off our streets.

Where are the terrorists who breached our capitol building on Jan. 6th? Do they not know that they scared the living daylights out of most Americans? That those are American buildings that belong to all of us? So what right did they have to do what they did and give nightmares to most law abiding citizens? To threaten our democracy.

It's not one party=bad, one party=good. Most people are in the middle and there is no political party or leader to represent us.

Reflects all the Conservative talking points and as usual blames it all on Liberals, nothing new here i'll pass but its a nice "soft touch" attempt.

No doubt about it. Although I don't think it's quite so cut and dried. I certainly do agree with the premise, though. And we need a divorce before it is too late.

When you're on the road to hell, forward is a bad thing, and BACKWARDS is absolutely, positively a good thing. Take me back. Back to a time that I'm ALLOWED TO THINK.

No, it's just the road to the fiery but mostly peaceful place.

IMO, we have become far too divided politically, socially and culturally in the past decade or so. I don't think we will ever be united as a country anymore. I'm for whatever we need to do to fix it.
