Congratulations New York for losing a million jobs in just 10 months, California though was even a bigger job loser with 1.4 million jobs vanishing into thin air because of failed "stay-at-home orders".

After ten months of stay at home orders, California and New York are petri-dishes of different strains of COVID-19 with some new variants that are spreading faster then every could have imagined.

Wow, looks like Cuomo and Newsom's "stay at home" orders and lockdowns failed.

Iowa which never locked down has a COVID-19 case rate of 22 per 100,000 in Cedar Rapids and 26 per 100,000 in Sioux City compared to 114 per 100,000 in Suffolk County, NY and 130 per 100,000 in Los Angeles

17.60 million in California down to 16.19 in November

New York went from 9.84 million jobs to 8.83 million jobs in November

Yes they killed the jobs in NY and California. Yes there is no doubt some of it was because of Covid. However there is no doubt that much of it was political too. Trump leaves tomorrow. Funny now Cuomo wants to reopen. The timing is incredible don't you think?lol!

Too bad a mere virus is less political than anybody trying to use it to make a political jab.

It doesn’t really look like America as a whole is really looking at the science - we know darn well how to balance economics and halting virus spread, but as of now, especially in many of the most populous states (yes, also looking at you, Texas), nobody really seems to be striking the proper balance.

All under Trump.

Meanwhile they go insane and post nonsense about Biden killing jobs because of the 11,000 jobs for the keystone pipeline-conveniently ignoring that it was 11K TEMPORARY jobs, and only 50 or so permanent ones.

And when they deign to notice the millions of jobs lost under Trump.....They blame the states.

LOL. Hey, yall remember when the GOP was the party of personal responsibility? I think we can all now recognize that was just another lie.

No, NY has had severe limitations in dining, even during the summer when we were testing below 1 percent positive. Now Cuomo is thinking about opening things up while we are testing closer to 10 percent.
It makes no sense.
