A significant portion of "old stock" Americans are either black (like me), indigenous, or live on the progressive east coast. So I'd say yes, quite a few "old stock" Americans share a number of my stances.

Most whites lean Republican leave alone old stock white Protestants. Many of them are in the Midwest and East coast which use to be more conservative but not just there. Who do you think were the Pioneers that spread all the way to west coast by the 1840s? Besides a lot of people have moved to other parts of the country in more recent years.

That's racial equality and it absolutely is in the Constitution. Racial equity seeks to force equal outcomes and views unequal outcomes as racism.

Right now, it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of race pretty much everywhere. But creating equal outcomes is incredibly difficult. Black men/boys drop out of high school at a much higher rate than whites, Asians, etc. That comes down to poor life choices by them and their parents. So how do you force an equal outcome when 40% of black boys never graduate from high school. If you want to have a crusade to get equal outcomes, you kinda gotta finish high school as a bare minimum, don't you? Younger black people are vastly more likely to engage in criminal behavior as well, which also sabotages their chances at success.

The SJW concept of racial equity can best be explained by themselves here: https://www.centerforsocialinclusion...racial-equity/ The gist of it: If there is a mostly black school district with very poor life outcomes, the only possible root cause is some huge white supremacist conspiracy is perpetually sabotaging them. It excuses any and all terrible life choices and blames everything on a fictional boogieman. So if you're living in the projects in perpetual poverty, racial equity posits that there is nothing you can do about it. Great way to keep any of them from trying, don't you think?

Something must be done to placate the distress and rage of the losers.
