Okay, I can't find it, but where in the U.S. Constitution is the term Racial Equity found?
What is meant by "equality"? There were Jim Crow laws that existed up to a few decades ago. Many acts are not specifically described in the Constitution as legal (or illegal).
In America, I thought we all were equal and our outcome was based the amount of effort we put into getting where we want to be. Apparently, we have a new set of rules.
No it's not in the Constitution. However, the Declaration of Independence does say,

Liberals don't believe that differences in racial outcomes are caused by differences in effort.

That "new set of rules" would be the rules of the left. Yes, that's who is in control now. And they couldn't care less about what is in the Constitution.
