I never knew we had such great and notable scientists here on CD, maybe you folks should go tell the CDC and fauci you disagree with them and be sure to give them your reasoning.
Health care workers, grocery workers, hardware store workers, airport workers all can work and none are dying in the aisle or in the planes.
What happened to having some courage and stepping up and going to work? I get in sense in most blue states that no school is going to occur till 2022 or after.
They simply just want a free paycheck for many years to come. I have never seen so many cowards, scared of kids. The kids have more guts than these freeloading adults.

Ours have as well, and a lot of the teachers caught COVID as a result (including my kid's own teacher). This thread is just another excuse to crap on teachers, already in a thankless job, and education in general.
Now they are even refusing to teach. I wonder if any of them have a clue about how angry parents are about what they are doing.
So basically the kids (i.e. indoctrinated youth) are going to have to wait a little while longer to become communists, rather than become communists much quicker if they were already in school (i.e. indoctrination factory). You should be happy that the kids are buying a little bit of time here.

We really don't need more reasons to crap on public school teachers and their unions, but they've given us another good one. If they don't want the abuse then they should stop acting like the whining petulant crybabies they're supposed to be teaching.

You mean like the people on here whining about how the teachers are whining? Apparently you missed the part where a lot of schools have been open since the fall. It would be nice if people would stop taking random soundbites they see in the news and trying to "preach" from their keyboards about something they know very little about.
