What Is Michigan’s Secretary of State Benson Hiding?

Why Is She Not Complying with Subpoenas and Delaying Producing Elections Material Requested?

Quote:
In one document (Collective Response To Motions for Protective Order 040921), Deperno discusses the actions of Michigan’s Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson. We recently reported on George Soros backed Benson’s decision not to speak in front of Michigan’s Senate about the election: ""Michigan’s Soros-Connected Secretary of State Refuses to Testify Before Michigan Senate on the State’s Election Audit Process""

A judge has already determined that she broke the law.

The link goes to my own blog of news stories. There is a court document there is well.

Michigan: Court Says Secretary of State Broke Election Law Regarding Absentee Ballots

A Michigan judge ruled last week Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) broke state law when she unilaterally issued rules related to absentee balloting, legitimizing a key claim made by the Trump campaign in its legal challenges to the 2020 election.

Benson issued several unilateral orders during the 2020 election including sending absentee ballot applications to all registered voters. She also issued “guidance” on how to evaluate absentee ballots, a move Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray held violated the state’s Administrative Procedures Act.

Like other progressive secretaries of state, Benson put an aggressive emphasis on voting by absentee ballot in the name of safety amid the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

...
Signature validation rules created without the approval of a legislature was one of the issues the Trump campaign and Republicans claimed was done illegally in the 2020 election.

Michigan Elections Forensics Report Says 66,194 Unregistered Ballots Tallied

Michigan constitutional attorney Matthew DePerno released his much anticipated Michigan Elections Forensics Report on Friday.

On election night, Antrim County, a traditionally “red” county flipped overwhelmingly to “blue.” The flip raised major flags. The reported results featured a 3,260 vote margin for Joe Biden out of a total of 16,047 votes cast. The wide victory didn’t make sense to most political observers.

On behalf of an Antrim County resident, DePerno filed a lawsuit in November of 2020. The state later intervened in the case, which opened the door to “discovery” regarding the Secretary of State’s role in the Antrim County election.

DePerno commissioned an audit of the Antrim county results after being authorized by a state judge.

Yesterday, DePerno’s released his latest expert report to the court. The court filing includes a voter analysis from Douglas G. Frank. Frank holds a PhD. in “Surface Analytical Chemistry.”

According to Dr. Frank’s work, in nine Michigan counties, including counties in the Detroit metro, over 66,000 ballots were recorded that are not associated with a registered voter from the October 2020 database. Also, Frank says in the counties, voter registration is either near or exceeds the county population.

The truth usually gets out, but the hype is long gone, and the damage is still happening.

A tax lawyer masquerading as some sort of "Constitutional law" expert and a PhD in: "Surface analysis, in analytical chemistry, the study of that part of a solid that is in contact with a gas or a vacuum. When two phases of matter are in contact, they form an interface." masquerading as some sort of election audit expert. You can't make this stuff up.

Also, I thought the latest craze from conservatives was that only medical doctors should be called "Dr."?

Running out the clock on discovery will only
be met by ramifications for discovery abuse.

Running out the clock on the statute of limitations, is a tactic used by slimy prosecutors.
