I actually found Boehner's talk refreshingly engaging, with him apparently not having to worry so much about the political ramifications of what he was saying. As the House Speaker he always seemed to be wearing a mask.
So now we can see him for the true fake that he is.
As much as some of us might love Boehner's opinions, where the hell was he when he was facilitating the rise of the right wing of the Republican party? Why was he silent then? A coward like Mattis, Kelly, Bolton and so many others who failed in their duties to warn us of the dangers of Trump and the far right.
To bad there was no one warning us of the danger of a Biden’s presidency.

Boehner made the circuit of the Sunday morning political shows today. I didn't see his interview on the View but it sounds like it was much like his interviews on this morning's shows. While I appreciated much of what he said (e.g., something along the lines of "We have to get back to neing Republicans, the party of fiscal responsibility", etc.), he 100% dodged this exact question, which he was asked more than once. I really would have had more respect for him if he'd answered it more head-on.
