In my mind racism involves looking at the actions of some people and using it to make blanket statements about groups of people as a whole.

So for people that make statements like “Trump supporters are terrorist” in regards to Jan 6th — are they in fact using the same logic as a racist? They surely haven’t met all Trump supporters right?

So what allows those on the left to call out racism yet use “racist logic” to attack others?

Is it a double standard?

Excerpt: what allows those on the left to call out racism yet use “racist logic” to attack others?

Response: Opinion

I have been around long enough to try out all parties.
I pondered this question all my life.

Democrats are driven by EMOTION not STATS................

I left the Democratic Party because they were too Emotional.
I left the Republican Party because they were too Data Driven.
I joined the Conservative Party because they leveled out the playing field.

I agree...the emotion democrats often respond with — like Hillary’s deplorable comments are logically the same thing they supposedly rail against (racism). It defies understanding.

What Conservative Party? Do you mean New York's Conservative Party? That's the only Conservative Party I'm aware of in the U.S.

Yes, there's a double standard, they know it and don't care. You can't expect leftists to argue in good faith, power is the only goal and the ends justify the means.

The irony here is just killing me. Your whole comment is about tarring a small % of people.

Democrats dont want power by any means-not the voters. Now if you mean the politicians you might be right, but you really are lumping us all into one big group, and then trying to dehumanize us.

I just roll my eyes and go on, I don’t think it’s a political attitude, but more a human flaw.

There are similarities in how some people on both sides of the isle think. People who make blanket statements *all* republicans are xxx, or *all* democrats are yyy tend to live by double standards.
