Jeffrey Epstein's gal pal was arrested at a hideout in New Hampshire July 2nd 2020, and today (11-29-21) almost 17 months later, the 1st trial begins.

She was denied bail as a flight risk, and detained in a Brooklyn New York federal prison, all of these months.

Thus far, Four young women have come forward to press charges...will more emerge?

There will be 2 cases, one on procurement of under-aged girls for sex charges, & a 2nd trial for perjury.

Who will be implicated in all of this? Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Prince Andrew? Others?

Will the flight logs be released showing who flew on the "Lolita Express" plane to Epstein's private island, Little St. James, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, & to other destinations?

Will Epstein's private Chef who worked on the private island, name names?
Bill Clinton will get a pass. They'll go all in to get Trump... and maybe Prince Andrew.

Will it be televised anywhere? I would have thought it would have been in the public interest?

Since the press is going to muzzled and transcripts redacted like a military or UFO file one must wonder is it a sham or show?

Show.

All show.

Why do you think they allowed her to live?

People don't have to even say a word... everyone from the Judge to the court officer knows that if anything gets out... they may end up "committing suicide".

But if they play ball... they will all get something.

This. Some minor player peon will be scapegoated for it all.

Giuffre is the only public accuser to name names of those alleged to have been involved in Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring, among them Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz.

Apparently Giuffre will instead hold off-the-record remote briefings for reporters during the trial.

So just take the 5th, whilst engaging in trial by media, seems to be Giuffre's strategy.

Recent Telegraph headlines in the UK were -

"Virginia Giuffre's absence from Ghislaine Maxwell trial shows she is 'not a credible witness', according to Prince Andrew's legal team".

"Woman who claims she was groomed and abused by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell as a 17 year-old will not be testifying in court".

As for Prince Andrew's legal team, they are ready to produce their own witnesses in relation to Virginia Giurffre.

The Duke of York's accuser has had her "lurid" sexual abuse claims challenged for the first time, a source close to him said on Saturday, as his lawyers accused her of trying to secure "another payday at his expense" with her lawsuit.

In a furious rebuttal of the "threadbare" complaint made by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the Duke’s legal team suggested she was motivated solely by greed and had been emboldened to "cobble together" a claim against him after making millions of dollars from others in similar circumstances.

They said she had profited from her association with Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender, for years and was willing to "milk the publicity" for all she could but had failed to keep her stories straight.

A friend of the Duke’s told The Telegraph that the 36-page response to her civil suit represented the first time she had been properly challenged.

It accuses her of repeatedly changing her story as she "sought to peddle increasingly salacious and inconsistent accounts", which provide no specific detail about what the Duke allegedly did to her, where the alleged acts took place and who else was present at the time.

"In the court of public opinion, allegations, no matter how wild or lurid, are often taken at face value with scant regard for the facts," they said.

"There is little appetite to ever challenge the narrative of an alleged ‘victim’, making it near impossible to fight accusations once they’ve been made.

"Over the years, increasing inconsistencies have emerged from Mrs Giuffre’s narrative, but she has invited examination of her own conduct, allowing a light to shine on the other side of the story."

The Duke’s LA-based lawyer, Andrew Brettler, suggests that Ms Giuffre’s pattern of filing lawsuits against high-profile individuals should "no longer be tolerated".

He urges the judge to throw out the claim, claiming it was devoid of any detail and was rendered unlawful by a financial settlement Ms Giuffre agreed with Epstein in 2009.

The memorandum notes that when Ms Giuffre first went public with her claims against Epstein in 2011, the story she sold to the Daily Mail for $160,000 was "devoid of even an insinuation that she had sexual contact with Prince Andrew".

It was only in 2014, when she "still wanted more", that she accused the Duke of having sexual relations with her in a separate lawsuit.

A 139-page manuscript by Ms Giuffre, in which she documents her time with Epstein, is included as evidence, with attention drawn to a description of a two-night liaison she allegedly had with the Duke in New Mexico which she later admitted never happened.

An American newspaper report describing Ms Giuffre as a "money hungry sex kitten" and quoting former friends who say she enjoyed living the high life and bragging about the money it also attached.

In the legal response one section is headed: "Giuffre’s role in Epstein’s criminal enterprise."

Crystal Figueroa, the sister of one of Giuffre’s ex-boyfriends, said that Giuffre asked for her help to recruit underage girls for Epstein.

"She [Giuffre] would say to me, 'Do you know any girls who are kind of slutty?'" she said.

Philip Guderyon, a former boyfriend, said he would drive Ms Giuffre to Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion, adding: "She was like the head b***h.

"She’d have like nine or 10 girls she used to bring to him. She never looked like she was being held captive."

The court filing continues: "It is a striking feature of this case that while lurid allegations are made against Prince Andrew by Giuffre, the only party to this claim whose conduct has involved the willful recruitment and trafficking of young girls for sexual abuse is Giuffre herself, including while she was an adult."

As for allegations made by Giuffre to Scotland Yard regarding Prince Andrew (and Maxwell) they examined the evidence along with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), and interviewed Giuffre however there was no credible evidence.

The Metropolitan Police have reviewed the case three times along with the CPS using the prosecution guidelines in relation to credibility, reliability and admissibility (validity) of the evidence and have come to the same conclusion.

The Metropolitan police are taking no further action after a review prompted by Virginia Giuffre, who is taking legal action against Prince Andrew.

Met officers made the decision to drop their investigation on Sunday, after reviewing several documents, including one relating to an ongoing US civil lawsuit concerning Giuffre, who alleges she was forced to have sex with the prince when she was 17 years old.

The Sunday Times reported that Met officers had since questioned Giuffre, who now lives in Australia, about the allegations.
